 Each of them has its own characteristics and features.

 You can move between districts either just along the streets or by going down the subway, which consists of 3 unique stations connected by tunnels. 

The city has shops, its own radio station, clothing store, furniture store and many others. Everything has been done in Oktyabrsk for a comfortable and measured life of citizens.

The map represents a Soviet town in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. The infrastructure, which is rich in the City of Oktyabrsk, tells us exactly that here everyone is comrades and citizens to each other.
